The 2026 Annual KCCEOA Conference will be held April 28 thru May 1 at The Refinery in Garden City, Kansas.

The Kansas County Clerks and Election Officials Association (KCCEOA) Annual Conference has always been about growth. Not just in knowledge, compliance, or process — but in leadership, character, and impact.

As county clerks and election officials, the work we do quietly sustains democracy. It strengthens our communities and builds trust where trust matters most.

KCCEOA Scholarship Program

Conference T-Shirt

Proceeds from shirt purchases go directly to the KCCEOA Scholarship Program, supporting students from across the state.

Silent Auction Donation

Each year, KCCEOA members generously donate items for a silent auction benefiting the scholarship fund. Along with shirt sales, this is one of the association’s primary fundraising efforts supporting student scholarships.

If you would like to participate, please bring your donated item(s) with you to the conference.
